Step 1 Registration- You may register and redeem your Certificate either online
for free or by mailing in your completed certificate along with a $4.50 shipping and
handling fee.

You will be able to select either in html format or pdf format.
By Mail:
1) Complete all the required information on the attached certificate and
mail in a check / money order in the amount of $4.50.

Step 2 Monthly Redemption- To redeem your monthly redemption vouchers;
you must make a minimum monthly purchase of $100.00 in groceries at the same
grocery store you have preselected.
Note: Once you have completed registration, you will not be eligible to turn in

following month to start collecting your receipts.

therefore you cannot combine 2 months of receipts to submit them as one.
You must spend $100 on groceries per month.
1) Each month, mail your original receipts with your monthly voucher. We
will not accept photocopies or multiple receipts collected on the
same day. One (1) receipt per day allowed, you can have one receipt
totaling $100.00. Fraudulent receipts are void for redemption and you
will receive an email stating why your receipts are being refused.
2) Upon receiving your monthly redemption voucher and your original
receipts. Allow 4 to 8 weeks to process your redemption. We will then
mail you a $25 gift card, which can be used at any grocery store you
preselected. Continue to mail in your original receipts and monthly
vouchers every month until the value of your certificate has been
reached.
3) Please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) if your voucher is
mailed incorrect, you will not be eligible to receive your $25 gift card

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may redeem ONE redemption voucher per month. Your
original receipts and redemption vouchers must be received monthly following the
registration and redemption policies, terms and disclosures in order to receive your

Questions and Answers
1. (Q) Do we need to send in the original receipts, or can we mail in
copies?
(A) Each month, mail your original receipts with your monthly voucher. We will
not accept photocopies or multiple receipts collected on the same day.
One (1) receipt per day allowed, you can have one receipt totaling $100.00.

2. (Q) Should I start saving my receipts when I get my certificate?

4. (Q) Can I submit receipts from multiple months to meet my $100
minimum?
(A) No. Receipts and your monthly voucher must be from the same month.
5. (Q) Can I submit receipts from other locations besides my
preselected grocery store brand?
(A) No. We are a loyalty program. You must remain loyal to your preselected for
your entire redemption period.
7. (Q) What happens if the brand of groceries I want to use is NOT on
your list of cards?
(A) Then simply choose "Other" and type the brand in the box below that
question. We will contact that company to see if they issue gift cards. If not, no
need to worry. You can still participate in the program. We will just issue you a
$25 Visa gift card instead.
8. (Q) Can the $100 worth of receipts include other things I buy at the
stores besides groceries?
(A) Yes, but at least 50% of the receipts must be for groceries.
9. (Q) What kind of items qualify for 50% of the receipts for groceries?
(A) Foods for the household to eat, such as: Breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables,
meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, etc. You can also purchase seeds and plants
which produce food for the household to eat. Also pet food

(A) No, you cannot BUY a grocery certificate. They are not meant to be sold to
consumers. They can only be used as gifts or promotions from a business or
organization. To get more grocery certificates try asking the business or
organization you got your first one from to offer a new promotion using them
again.
15. (Q) Can the $25 gift cards be used as part of the $100 worth of
groceries spent during the month?

16. (Q) Do the receipts have to be mailed in by a certain date? Before
the end of the month, or before the end of the next month?
(A) The receipts need to be postmark before the end of the month the voucher is

19. (Q) I registered online where do I pay the $5 fee for registration?
(A) We have waived the $5.00 fee for registration. If you are sending in your
certificate and cannot redeem online, there will be a $4.50 shipping and handling
fee, non refundable.
20. (Q) When do I have to register my certificate?
(A) You should register your certificate as soon as you can because you cannot
collect grocery receipts until the following month. If you wait until October to
register then you will not be able to collect receipts until November.
21. (Q) I registered online, do I need to send in my certificate?
(A) No, you only need to save your receipts and send in the voucher and receipts
for each month.
22. (Q) Do we need to mail in original receipts, or can we provide
photocopies?
(A) We only accept original receipts, we don’t accept photocopies, scanned, fax.
23. (Q) I tried to print/download my vouchers but only 1 voucher
printed out, where are my other vouchers?
(A) Your future vouchers can be printed out by returning to the site and entering
your certificate passcode/pin in the registration area during the following
months. For example. If you registered your certificate in February, 2009. Your
March, 2009 voucher will be printed out. Then you can return to the site in April
to print out your April, 2009 voucher, and continue each month for the duration
of certificate.
